Terms of Service

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance when we process and dispatch it.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and online payment via eSewa and Khalti. Payment information is handled securely by those providers — we never store card or wallet credentials.

Custom & personalised items

Items created in our design studio or otherwise personalised are made to order. Because they're unique to you, they cannot be returned or exchanged except where the item arrives faulty or differs materially from what you ordered. Please review your design carefully before checkout.

Intellectual property

When you upload artwork or text for a custom item, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order. All PRE·MICO branding, designs, and site content remain our property.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site and products in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
