How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 2–4 business days across Nepal. Orders placed before 12 PM in the Kathmandu valley are dispatched same-day. Free delivery applies on orders over the threshold shown at checkout.

Cash on delivery, plus online payment via eSewa and Khalti. Your payment details are handled securely by those providers.

Yes. Once your order ships, the tracking number appears on your order in your account under My Orders.

How does custom design work?

Use our design studio to add your artwork, text, and colours to premium blanks. You'll see a live preview, then add it to your cart like any product. Custom pieces are made to order.

Can I return a custom item?

Custom and personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or differ materially from your order — in which case we'll replace or refund them. Please review your design carefully before checkout.

What's your return policy on regular items?
