When you message us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, we receive the messages you send together with your public profile name and picture, so our team can read and reply to you from a single admin inbox. We use this only to respond to your enquiries and provide customer support — never for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making, and we never sell or share it with third parties. Messaging content is stored securely (encrypted at rest) and handled in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
