Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
7-day returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Custom & personalised items
Items made through our design studio or otherwise personalised cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or differ materially from your order. If that happens, we'll replace them or refund you in full.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method (eSewa, Khalti) or by another agreed method for cash-on-delivery orders, typically within 7–10 business days of approval.
