Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nepal. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM in the Kathmandu valley are dispatched the same day. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over Rs 5,000 ship free anywhere in Nepal.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Custom and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or full refund, your choice.
